Night Sail

If you have never sailed at night or would like to practice more, this is your chance.

A quick brief at the Shotley Marina Control Tower, at 18:00, followed by a night sail up the Orwell. Participants can come about and sail back to their home port or Sail on to Ipswich Haven Marina as part of the Shakedown weekend (book separately for the Shakedown cruise). This is a good opportunity to navigate at night and arrive at a new port safe in the knowledge that a friendly hand is waiting to assist you.
