Phill and Sheila Barnes invite you to join them on an epic voyage to Titchmarsh Marina, taking in the sights of Pye End buoy, the Stone Point dog-leg, and the Walton Channel moorings en-route.
Titchmarsh is a lovely, peaceful marina close to the beautiful Walton Backwaters (as featured in Arthur Ransome’s “Secret Water”) and has always been a SPYC favourite.
Drinks and Nibbles will be served in the barbecue area on Saturday evening, followed by a DIY barbecue. Bring your own portable barbecue and food if you wish, or eat at the Harbour Lights Restaurant on site. There are also many eating places in Walton on the Naze, and of course you can dine on board if you prefer.
