Annual General Meeting AGM 2022

This year Annual General Meeting will be held at Chelmondiston Village Hall, Main Street, Opposite the Red Lion Public House.

The meeting will Open at 11:00 and is expected to run until 13:00.

At 13:00 a buffet lunch is available to all attending, tea and coffee will be available at appropriate times during the day.

Any questions for the Committee should be put in writing 21 days before the AGM. Please send any questions to the Honourable Secretary at- secretary@shotleypointyc.org  Please bring your own copy of the agenda and any other paperwork to the meeting in order to save paper.

This is the time you can have your say about the running and direction of the Club. We are still looking for new committee members so if you would like to have more say, join the committee, send your request to the Honourable Secretary as above.

With no Christmas party this year, join us over a buffet lunch, give your seasons greetings whilst discuss the sailing season past and that to come, who knows you might be brandishing a trophy!
